WORK
This section highlights selected examples of my work in web strategy, digital platform leadership, and performance optimization for mission-driven organizations.
Each example reflects how I approach strategic ownership of digital platforms—turning fragmented ecosystems into scalable, measurable systems that drive audience engagement, content visibility, and organizational impact. My work spans large-scale website redesigns, CMS and content governance, analytics-informed optimization, and operational systems that enable sustainable performance.
Rather than showcasing deliverables alone, these examples illustrate how I lead complex web initiatives, aligning stakeholders, setting priorities, and translating organizational goals into digital platforms that teams can trust, maintain, and evolve. Across projects, my focus is on building clarity, enabling measurable outcomes, and preparing organizations for future digital trends, including AI-driven search and emerging optimization practices.
EdTrust (The Education Trust)
I led the technical project management and cross-functional coordination for EdTrust’s full website redesign, launched in August 2024. The project delivered a modern, accessible digital platform with improved information architecture, clearer content pathways, and a scalable WordPress CMS foundation — all completed on time and within budget.
Results for Development (R4D) Program Websites
I led the technical and project management efforts for the development and redesign of three R4D program websites, guiding scoping, vendor selection, content migration, QA, and post-launch support. Each site was delivered on time, aligned with program objectives, and built for long-term maintainability on WordPress.
IDELA (Save the Children)
Save the Children engaged me to lead the development of the IDELA Portal, a dedicated online resource for early childhood development professionals and advocates. I managed the end-to-end project—from scoping and vendor selection to content strategy, IA design, and launch—delivering a secure, user-centered platform that met organizational and grant requirements.
American Sociological Association (ASA)
I led the end-to-end redesign of the ASA website, delivering a mobile-responsive, user-centered platform that improved navigation, content discoverability, and usability. The project established a sustainable, scalable digital framework for the organization, supporting engagement across sociologists, members, and the broader academic community.
